JW's Soul Experience is not just a Soul & Motown tribute show it is a full production and showcase of music and vocal talents with a truly spectacular stage and lighting show to enhance the whole experience.
The fully live backing band replicate the songs in a way that makes it feel like you're really back in the height of that magical era. Micky "Boy" Lewis's drums are hoisted on a huge aluminium stage riser the same as what is used on the major tours and on TV shows.
The whole lighting rig is computer controlled to make sure the correct mood is created for all songs. The state of the art Martin Blackline sound system is the same as what's used in stadiums and arena's all over the world.
Matt Jameson has studied keyboard and piano since being a child and plays with a style that fully replicates the golden sounds. Kevin Brown on lead guitar has been playing all his life and provides a solid sound that's unique to this style of show and has also toured with top soul band "Touch & Go" up and down the country along side Chubby Brown. John Walton or "JW" as he is now known, adds a new level of depth to the songs that were made famous by the great legends of soul adding his unique vocal qualities and power.
